Step-by-Step Instructions

1
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the green tea bags and let steep for 3-5 minutes, or until the tea reaches your desired strength.
2
While the tea is steeping, slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges. You'll need about 2-3 wedges per glass.
3
Add the sliced peaches to a large pitcher or jug. Strain the tea into the pitcher, discarding the tea bags.
4
Add the fresh ginger to the pitcher, sliced into thin rounds. You can adjust the amount of ginger to your taste.
5
Add the sugar to the pitcher and stir until dissolved. Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6
To serve, fill a tall glass with ice and pour the tea over the ice. Add a few slices of peach and a few rounds of ginger to each glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
