Step-by-Step Instructions

1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. The batter should still be slightly lumpy.
2
Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and tilt to evenly coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to curl and the surface is dry. Loosen with a spatula and flip. Cook for another minute, until the other side is lightly browned.
3
Repeat the process until all the batter is used up. You should end up with around 8-10 crepes. Stack the crepes on top of each other and cover with a clean towel to keep warm.
4
To assemble the crepes, lay a crepe flat on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon of Nutella down the center of the crepe, leaving a 1-inch border on either side. Fold the crepe in half over the filling, then fold in half again to form a triangle. Repeat with the remaining crepes and filling.
5
Serve the crepes warm, topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. You can also drizzle with chocolate sauce or sprinkle with powdered sugar for added flavor and texture.
